Returns & Refund Policy

At ferdous.com.au, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Please read our policy below to understand your rights and our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.

1. Change of Mind Returns

We understand that shopping online doesn’t always go as planned. If you change your mind, we offer returns on full-priced items under the following conditions:

  • Return request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • Item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All tags and hygiene stickers are still attached
  • Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons

Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Hijabs, undercaps, or intimates
  • Products that show signs of wear, stains, or damage

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@ferdous.com.au with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Photos (if the item is faulty or damaged)
  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and our return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping service.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a faulty item.

4. Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges due to limited stock. If you would like a different size or item:

  1. Return the original product for a refund.
  2. Place a new order for the preferred item.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as required by Australian Consumer Law.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@ferdous.com.au.
